Club and Activities

RCRM is a very active club of the Dist 3060, located in Western India. The club has 104 members and was started in 1995. Excellent fellowship, good teamwork and a unique enthusiasm has made it a great Rotary club. Active in all four avenues of service, RCRM has executed very large projects, including two 3H projects.

Rotary Midtown Dam

A 3H project to build a dam has helped solve the water problem for a slum population of 100,000 people. Other community service projects have provided computer education to lower income children, literacy, a toy library, basic medical services and specialized surgical operative solutions. After the massive earthquake, which devastated our region, RCRM provided 2500 tents, 6000 blankets, emergency medical help and is planning the construction of a low-cost shelter township. The club has been host to many international Rotary delegations and enjoys long standing partnerships with several Rotary clubs in India and abroad.

Rotary Midtown Earthquake Rehabilitation Township, Metoda: A 3H project

•	This beautiful township has 175 houses, a school, Hospital etc.
•	Roads, Underwater drainage, water supply provided
•	Fully equipped hospital with latest X ray machine, Laboratory, dental clinic etc.
•	Accommodation and Job placement given to beneficiaries
•	Total Project cost is 17,500,000 Rs.

• Regular monthly camps organised
• Emphasis on Health Education, Yoga, Prevention

• 2 full time Dental surgeons & 2 honorary Consultants.
• 50 Dentures made free every year
• More then 4500 patient took treatment in this year
• 1200 free cases examined
